Pelvic Trak, developed by Evelyn Hecht PT, is is an app designed to help people manage pelvic floor dysfunction. It includes symptom tracking, 50+ exercises, self help tips, and reminders to perform the awareness technique, pelvic floor down training, throughout the day.

Prevention Magazine’s article, “Why It Hurts Down There” describes pelvic floor dysfunction and the use of pelvic floor physical therapy. Physical therapy was a crucial part of my personal recovery from interstitial cystitis/pelvic floor dysfunction.
